Women Empowerment Project MPLS

The Women Empowerment Project MPLS is a storytelling and empowerment experience created by Pieces of Kandakes to celebrate women’s voices, confidence, growth, and presence.

Through interviews, editorial photoshoots, panel conversations, magazine features, and live events, WEP creates space for women to be seen, heard, styled, celebrated, and reminded of the value they carry.

What Is WEP?

The Women Empowerment Project is more than an event. It is a platform created to highlight women’s stories through fashion, beauty, media, print, and community-centered experiences.

Each year, selected women share their journeys while participating in storytelling opportunities that help them celebrate where they have been, where they are, and who they are becoming.

The Kandake Model Experience

Selected women may participate in interviews, editorial photoshoots, magazine features, panel discussions, red carpet moments, and community events. The experience is designed to help women share their stories, build confidence, and be celebrated fully.
